Worst Customer Service ever!

I baught a couch at the Klerksdorp branch that they had in stock and I was supposed to receive it within 7-10 working days. It has been 15 working days and everytime I call no one knows what is happening. The warehouse does not even have my address or name for the order! Then the branch phoned me and asked if I would settle for a couch that is a different color because they do not know where my couch is. I said no and phoned them every workday for two weeks and still nothing. Then I got a call from the warehouse and yet again I had to provide them with my address and details.I will never again biy anything from you. And STILL havent received my couch.
