Worst customer experience at coricraft Fourways crossing

Most pathetic customer service at coricraft Fourways Crossing, I had a complained about my delivery which took forever, I called almost every week to check up on my delivery, no one cares. I decided to go personally to the store to demand my refund, the manager by the name of Johan is the worst ever, he didn't even bother to explain the delay, he was busy with he's phone I'm not sure if he was playing games on his phone or chatting to someone on whatsapp. He is the worst manager I have ever come across he wasn't concerned that he's loosing a sale or even a loyal customer. I have told my friends and family never to shop at coricraft they do not appreciate their customers
