Worse service & don't honor warrantee!!!
We bought two couches from Coricraft Menlyn in November 2013 and were delivered in December 2013. After having them for a couple of months we noticed one of them becoming saggy and uncomfortable. We reported this to the Menly branch at least twice with no response. Then to the Brooklyn branch who referred it back to the Menlyn branch who contacted us once with no follow up to solve the problem. Now after being over two years later we still have not been assisted in this matter. I've received two emails stating they only now coming to collect the couches but when I reply with some questions they just don't respond. At this point I think I'll just stay clear from anything sold by Coricraft!

Thank you Mark, but after your team has contacted me I've had to keep following up with them. They finally sent a bakkie to collect the couches on Thursday without sending me loan couches as promised. I think your team should pay back my money so that I can buy couches from a company that provides a quality product and service. Coricraft has let me down and has caused a lot of frustration!
