Worse service

I went to mall@carnival to buy bed which was presented to me as combo(base and mattress) and their employee never said anything about bed excluding mattress. So to my surprise, the delivery guys presented me only the base without mattress and was told I will be refunded Money for bed but i will forfeit transport fee of R745. Like what kind service is that, their employees makes mess and I have to pay for it and now being treated like I am bad smell and their call Centre is so bad you have to wait for long before you can talk to consultant, that's if you ever get hold of any one. Now in store everybody doesn't want help. I want my money In full. It wasn't my fault then am not Paying cent for it.
