Worse after sales service ever!

I bought 2 couches last year - wrong colour and size was delivered. New couches were delivered in march 2020 but badly made and damaged. They also damaged my property during delivery. Remarked this on the delivery note and no one got back to me. Eventually I got hold of someone who sometimes responded to mails - not a given at this company. The original colour I chose has now been discontinued. My couches are still not correct, no one gets back to me. A surplus amount owed to me is also still outstanding.
