Will never ever buy from or recommend Coricraft to anyone

There's a few things I'd like to let you know about and things that I'm not happy with. I've attached pictures for your reference also. I'd like to just say before hand that your service has been impeccable and it was a pleasure dealing with you as a sales consultant. I know if you could, you would've made sure that this couch arrives at my door without any issues whatsoever. In the same breath, I've paid a lot of money for this couch and waited a long time for it to be made and delivered so I expect it to be perfect when it arrives. I could not send it back on the delivery day because the guys were in and out in a flash and I only noticed these issues once I took the covers off the couch.

Firstly, there seems to be what looks like a burn mark towards the front of the seat area of the couch and on one of the seat back cushions(see picture attached).

Secondly, the seat area and cushions both seem to not to stuffed sufficiently at all. After sitting on the couch for the first time I noticed that the leather seemed stretched out. The couch looks very "empty" and also seems to already be sagging in the middle of both seat areas which makes it look very aged already. The leather on both sides of the couch seem loose. Not tight or firm at all to the point where they are actually wavey when a breeze passes through. The looseness of the leather seems to continue on other parts of the couch also.

As I mentioned above, I hate that I have to take this out on you as the sales agent however after spending this amount of money I would expect a perfect couch to arrive. I also understand the demand and I know that there's a very high chance that production of the couches are rushed which in turn caused issues like this.

Please let me know what you think. I would honestly like to return this couch as it is an eyesore and it disappoints me looking at it especially after anxiously waiting for such a long time for it to be made and delivered.
