what a joke

Me and my wife have bought a couche from Coricraft last year early December and we where told that it takes a few weeks to make so we must expect the couche end January latest middle February. Now we get a phone call saying end March and when we complain we are told we must understand that there are other people who must be looked after first. We paid cash in full for this item. We understand there are other people. But point is at least 80% bought on credit. So in my opinion a cash buyer and sale should take first priority. But not in lovely SA. No you take second seat because you already have the money so why care. Rather care for those who must still pay. I want my couch when it was promised to me or I will take my money back and go somewhere else. I work in a similar industry so don't take me for a fool. A couch like that can't take more than a few days to complete!!!!
