Well done Shaun and the delivery team at Coricraft!

Amidst all the colossal mess ups that other retailers are making during this season, It's comforting to know that there are still champions in the industry. Shaun helped me through endless questions and queries when I was selecting my couch at Coricraft Kramerville, I managed to find one that was ready for delivery and he promised that it would be delivered the next day. However the delivery team was delayed in PTA and by 20:30 that evening I called him on his personal number (which he offered to me when he was leaving the store in order to track delivery) to ask if it would be tomorrow? He assured me that the delivery team would be there. Turns out they got lost, so Shaun and his colleague accompanied the team to my house at 21:15 to deliver. The delivery team was so polite and friendly even though they were working so late and Shaun and his colleague helped me carry cushions up the stairs and organise the couch in the space. I am truly bowled over that promises still mean something and that this team went out of their way to make it happen. I'll be a Coricraft customer for life - although their couches last so long it might be ages before I'm able to support this fantastic business again. It's the people that make the business, and in this case, the outstanding team at Coricraft has made them stand out leagues above the competition!
