DIGUSTING service!

Background: The frame on my 4 year old Cargo Couch developed a really bad creaking sound toward the end of 2019! After more than a year of begging, Coricraft finally collected the item in March 2021 for it to be repaired under the terms of the warranty.

Update: After more than 7 months, I still do not have my couch. They have sent it back to me 3 or 4 times, each time I have had to send it back immediately, as the creak was still present (The last time, the delivery team even agreed that they could hear it too!) Since then (August 2021), I have heard nothing from Coricraft - silence. I had been dealing with Claudette van Loggerenberg, who suddenly does not respond to emails, nor return countless phone calls...

Today (4 November 2021), I finally got through to Claudette, who ignored my email 2 weeks previously, only to be told that it is now with a lady called Olga...

NO accountability, No communication, shifted from pillar to post.

I will be seeking legal action.
