WARNING: Coricraft do NOT guarantee the fabrics on their sofas
<p>I recently bought a KODA slouch from Coricraft clearance (KZN) and have had it professionally cleaned. The fabric, which has now been discontinued, has turned WHITE in many places and my sofa is totally ruined. Your regional manager (Sholina) called me to tell me Coricraft do not guarantee the fabric on their sofas and theres nothing you can do. The sofa was in very good condition when I bought it. Are you seriously saying your brand excludes your fabrics and that you don't care if fabric you use is faulty? I have spent a fortune at Coricraft over the years and have also bought from your clearance centres, but none of the items I have bought have ever ruined like this. Coricraft appear to be washing their hands of this which is insulting and pathetic. How on earth can you NOT GUARANTEE your products??? </p>

We don't guarantee our fabrics as we are unable to guarantee the conditions that the fabric is subjected to . We do however put all of our fabrics through the standard tests such as the Martindale rub test.
