Waiting in Pretoria for delivery that did not happ

Bought couch and chair from Coricroft Menlyn on Sunday morning. Requested delivery Monday but advised delivery would be Tuesday. We stay in Jhb so arranged for daughter to stay in Pretoria to accept delivery at flat on Tuesday. By Tuesday lunch we had heard nothing so phoned, advised the store forgot to pick the stock so delivery not today. I advised not acceptable as daughter specifically staying there to receive the couch. Would phone back. Did not. Daughter stayed another night in Pretoria. I phoned today to find out status, was told Londeka picking stock could not talk to me and then was busy with customer so could not talk and then she had goen to Brooklyn and that Carmen would deal and phone me back. Three phone calls and have not ahd any one phone back and we still do not know status. We now need to decide if daughter stays ANOTHER dya or come home? This is really not acceptable. I have bought a lot from Coricroft Kramerville and have had excellent service but this is really bad and I feel cannot rely on them any more.
