Very poor experience at Coricraft
I bought 2 couches at the Kramerville Coricraft. At the time of purchase, the sales person did not tell me that the couches barely fit through standard doorways. I have since been told by the delivery team and friends who have bought from Coricraft that it is standard practice to warn customers that the couches are difficult to fit.
When they were delivered, they wouldn't fit into the house without removing doors, which the delivery team would not do and they said that the couches wouldn't fit. We discussed leaving the couches where they were and they advised it was best to take them back. At no point did anyone indicate I would be charged for this.
I called the sales team and again, no one indicated I would be charged for this. I arranged to swap the couches for 2 seaters instead of 3 seaters so that they would have better clearance when moving them into the house.
When I followed up on the sale, I was informed that I was being billed 10% of the original sale on top of my new sale. I measured my home and confirmed that the original couches would fit, if I removed the doors. I arranged for my handyman to come and remove the doors and assist the delivery men with getting the couches into the house.
I called back and explained that we should have the original couches delivered and discussed paying a second delivery fee to have them sent to me. I have now received a bill for 10% of the couches and a delivery fee. It seems whether or not I return the couches, the store believes I owe them 10% of the couch fee, when they have not communicated the delivery restrictions on the couches. The couches were also already in stock - they weren't made specially for me.
If anyone had mentioned that the couches are difficult to fit, which is not evident to the eye because it's an issue of 5cm of depth on the couch, I would have arranged to have additional help on hand at delivery. This is why they normally warn customers.
I am incredibly disappointed at this experience and I will never be shopping with Coricraft again. It's a real pity because I love the furniture and am furnishing a new home but it's not worth being taken for a ride and all the stress.
Be extremely careful when dealing with their sales team. They are not straight with you and will take any opportunity to apply charges whether or not they are actually losing money.

Thanks for responding to me. The issue seems to have been that the original delivery team didn't remove the couch feet and insisted that the doors needed to be removed. The original couches have been delivered and delivery was very smooth with a different delivery team and my handyman to assist.
I suggest that you look into training your delivery teams a bit better because there was no reason to have not been able to deliver the couches the first time.
