very bad service. Not to be recommended to anyone

I ordered a table and chairs, which I was told would be delivered within 10 working days. I mark numerous calls to the branch and I was always informed that it will be delivered the next day. Little did I know that I had to wait for 18 working days. I was also informed that I would also receive my refund within 24 hrs, and 14 days later, I am still waiting for my R2500 refund from coricraft. I'm going to take this further because I am really upset. Their level of service is an embarrassment!
