Useless customer service & delayed delivery.

Useless customer service & delayed delivery. This will be my last purchase from Coricraft. They advertise online that the couch will take 5 weeks to manufacture and deliver. The latest update is that the manufacturing will only be finished by week 6 and then it will take another 2 weeks to delivery from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Do they use donkey carts for delivery?!

Absolutely disappointing experience, will spend my money elsewhere in the future. After reading all the other terrible reviews, I just hope that when the couches eventually arrive that there is no quality issues, I do not want to deal with this *********** organisation anymore that what is necessary.
