Useless customer service and communication

Useless customer service and communication. Purchased and paid for a table, bench and desk on 11 August, which was promised to be delivered in 2 weeks, before we went on leave. We had to follow up before we left and found out the order was never dispatached. After our leave (another 2weeks later) we had to follow up again to find out the stock was damaged at the wearhouse, again we were promised delivery on a set date, had to rearange the date ourselves and we are still waiting on 24 September. 3 promised which wasn't kept and NO communication from Coricraft side to let us know. How can something be sold which can't be sourced in a MONTH... Just have the respect for your customers to keep them informed
