Unhappy with the service and treating us unfairly

We bought at Coricraft a lounge suite which was about R60000, it has a lazy boy chair which gave us problems from the first year. The frame was wobbly and the colour of the chair fading and leather pealing off horribly in the same year, it is not even close to the original colour. We kept in contact with them regarding this problem, they sent someone to come fix the chair structure but not the leather that was fading and pealing off. We have been in constant communication with them because the structure and the leather colour and pealing was not getting sorted out. To cut the story short, we then went to Coricraft Clearance centre in Silvedale Pretoria. We saw that there were many other similar lazy boy chairs with the same problem that were returned back to Coricraft and they are sold as rejects. I am not sure why we are not treated the same as other customers because this has been going on forever.

Can you please make this a priority and sort it out.
