UNHAPPY WITH KING SIZE BED PURCHASED

I bought a mattress at Corricraft Tygervalley, Western Cape. No problem with the staff but what a horrible bed. My and my husbands backs are both sore ans stiff every morning which results in us not having a peacful nights rest for the past 5 years. I called Corricraft about 2 years ago and complained about the matress quality of whcih there response was"the warranty is no longer valid" I just left it like that and decided too bad i must just live with this mattress until i can buy a new one. Today my body is sore again as of every morning since i have this mattress. We have turned the mattress and still no improvement. On my side of the bed the matress is now buckling...what to do. I WANT A NEW BED from them. If i don't i am going to go on all social media platforms and expose the poor quality bed i bought from them. On top of that i bought my daughter the very same bed and she has the same problem. So now what to do?I HOPE THAT CORRICRAFT CHECKS THESES REVIEWS AND CONTACT ME AS SPEEDILY AS THEY CAN. Enough is enough. Beds are not cheap and why must i go and spend more money to go and buy a new bed when in actual fact Corricrafts beds are HORRIBLE. I hipoe that their after service is not as bad as their beds. But i guess ill see and i will definitely be updating this page again. Mrs RT Fortuin ***
