UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I recently bought a corner suite from Coricraft which was delivered in January 2021. To my dismay, we alerted Coricraft that fuzzball was forming on the top of the material as early as three months. You can certainly understand my frustration when Coricraft gave me a lecture on shaving the fuzz***** on the surface of the suite. Firstly, at no point did Coricraft advise me before the risk of this happening to the suite and now state that they do not guarantee their material. However, they do make mention that their material meets the SABS standards this means they were well aware of how soon the material will start show deterioration. I own fabric furniture for several years bought elsewhere that shown no strain of fuzz***** or pilling as they refer to it. I have wasted 19k plus on this suite and now you state that I did not treat the product correctly. If I had known beforehand that this would have happened, I would have never used my cash purchasing this product. I will never buy from Coricraft again and will go out of my way to relay my experience to everybody on every platform to warn you against their business conduct. Your quality and product offerings have deteriorated. This is certainly clandestine business conduct.
