Unfairly and disappointing customer service.

I’m utterly disappointed in a manner that my order is being handled, it’s been two weeks now getting a different story when I call in to find out the status of my order delivery as I was told that it’s now ready. I called in two weeks ago and I was told that my order is ready and I should get it in the following 3 days ,now its been over two weeks and when I call I’m being told that I’ll get a call at the end of the day with feedback, however none of that ever happens and I keep calling left and right and receieve different story depending in who answered. I am even thinking of canceling this order. Can someone intervene as I’ve totally lost interest on this order and canceling it is the only thing left for me to do now.
