After 10 weeks (I was told a maximum of 6 weeks that was just one of a long line of mistruths) half my order has eventually been delivered. This was after numerous broken promises and incompetence. But the couch that was ordered has an actual hole in it. This actual hole is being described by the branch manager as “natural grain “ in the leather! Seriously obvious damage in the form of a hole is being fobbed off as natural grain. These people are worse than ***********, they are ********* as well.
