He told us that they had a special that was running over the weekend and that if we spend over R20 000 we could get R4000 discount. He also told us that coricraft accounts also get this offer and that we can apply with him for the account and get the special price. He gave us the forms to fill in and sent us a quote. After being enticed by this we decided to buy a couch and chair amounting to just over R20 000. We sent through our application to him and told him we accept the quote. However after this he then refused to acknowledge that we would still be eligible for the discount and refused to agree to it. He said that we must wait and see after the account is approved and then we can maybe still get the discount. But he said he could not and would not confirm this. This is highly ********* to entice us under false pretenses into agreeing into an account and then refusing to acknowledge to promises made when enticing is into this deal. My wife can confirm as witness to the promises made to us on that day. If this is how coricraft conduct business we will never ever buy anything from coricraft again and ensure we tell as many people as possible to be careful of trusting a coricraft salesman.
