Unbelievable lack of Quality and Service

I am absolutely dumbstruck and speechless as this point I own a Theresa Corner Unit and have over the years bought numerous couch covers ie more than 4 covers never an issue this year January I ordered a new Cover and waited more than 3 weeks when it finally arrived it did not fit my couch so I was asked to hold onto it for an accessory to come collect the following week Friday - the accessor arrives picks up the box with the covers in and leaves - confused what did I wait a week for a collection service ? Then I wait again and new covers arrive and once again the don't fit same issue - it's now 6 months since I ordered these covers in January so now they collect my couch and hand me a ****ty loan unit which does not match my decor and bring my unit back after changes have been made and low and behold still the same issue ***..... I am now so OVER Coricraft I will Never Ever Ever Ever Never buy from them again!!! Everyone go to Sofaworx !!! TRUST ME
