UNACCEPTABLE

4 week wait for the couch I ordered. That item was defective, so another 4 week wait and more inconvenience with a mess up with delivery times, that couch had multiple defects, so now another 4 week wait, a half line apology is not going to cut it, very frustrating, highly inconvenient, a whole lot of my time wasted, your couches are hardly the cheapest

I need an answer and compensation from someone at head office
