Two months - still waiting for delivery of goods

An RMA was logged on the 18th February 2016 with Coricraft The Glen for repairs. Coricraft collected two couches in February and on the 05th March both couches where delivered however only one couch was repaired and Coricraft took back the other one for repairs. I have been trying to get hold of CoriCraft and everytime they promise to get back to me. To this date, I have no idea when will the other couch be delivered as no one is willing to assist.
