Turning mishaps into success

I purchased a sofa from Coricraft Ballito. Very friendly and attentive staff. We eventually settled on a sofa (after a lot of searching), but it turned out that the sofa was too big to fit through our door.

However Kurchen was quick to help, made lots of calls, and got the problem fixed (we had to pull up the couch from the balcony). I'm very grateful for the amazing service. I even thought that he was the store manager.
