Torn leather sofas

I have bought brand new sofas from Coricraft East rand mall and sales person informed us that they have 10 years warranty. The sofas have now started to tear then I informed them and they told me to send pictures I did just that. From I have been dealing with a sales lady called Martha and she has been promising to come back to me but never did. The matter has been bought to their attention since March up to date they haven't given a positive feed back.
