Times can't be too bad!!

I have been trying to contact Coricraft for ages - they have an on-line portal where you can order new slip-covers by sending an email containing all relevant sizing, colour etc. I have tried this route 3 times (yip, sucker for punishment). I then decided to hunt don a branch (these appear to be dwindling). I walked in the shop, two people were on duty on a Saturday; both with their faces planted in their respective phones. I decided i could do a bit of legwork myself, went to their colour wall to get my correct colour sample, (my colour was not available) I walked around the shop looked at the newer stuff, ambled around the entire store and returned to the colour wall. None of the stock items displayed were in my colour, so i was a little uncertain - the colour wall has a larger piece of fabric. Still no reaction from the staff. I returned to the back of the shop where something caught my eye, and sadly it was of no use to me. i then was walking OUT of the store when the young lady asked if i had come right...... Really? how totally disappointing! makes me quite happy to take my money elsewhere!
