Thought corricraft would deliver on their promise

I first of all had such a hassle to place my order online and to receive my 10% discount. After visiting the Atteebury store they said someone from head office will phone me back to assist. After 3days I again phone them and inform that nobody phoned me back. Later that afternoon they were able to assist.

After 5weeks I was informed that my order will be delivered on the 6th of November 2021 between 12:45 and 15:45. Again after waiting the entire afternoon nobody showed up and I went ahead with my Saturday plans just to receive a call at 17:40 informing that the order was on its way. I informed them that I wasn't available that time. On the Monday morning at 09:00 I made the first call to the number indicated on the delivery mail. I was informed that my delivery can't be reschedule until the delivery company has not invoiced them yet and that a manager will phone me. After 4further calls and holding for more than 9 minutes to speak to a manager I sti have not yet received any call back nor any date on which delivery will be made.

I again phoned the Atterbury branch on which they phoned head office to phone me back but they then claimed that they can't get hold of me.

Still no feedback and no success on my delivery. would not recommend them
