Think Twice - Don't buy! Not for the faint hearted
An experience we wish to never relive - been having endless issues from the day we ordered the couch. Couple of things that come to mind:
1. Delayed delivery; 2. Incorrect material being used -but being convinced to keep it as it still look "nice" 3. Paying an arm and a leg to scotch guard but the sun has annihilated half the couch; 4. Been in store a couple of times - still awaiting someone to assess.
I guess the only positive was their sales team who managed to sell us the couch

11 Jan 2023, 11:06Store update - they contacted us and mentioned that the couches are not allowed to be in a room where sun/natural lit room....I think they forgot to tell us their couches are only allowed in the ba*****t area

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.
We are so sorry that you don’t love your couch. We don’t guarantee fabric as we can’t guarantee the conditions the fabric will be subjected to. Our African sun is quite harsh and direct light and even harsh interior lighting can cause fabrics to change colour and fade.
We recommend giving your covers a wash according to our care instructions as that may even the colour out and remove any pink tinge. Should that not work we do sell extra loose covers for your design which can be ordered at any of our stores.
