They have my money and now they could not care less

On the 11 th August at the Nothgate branch I ordered ( and paid for as is their wont) four foam inners for my 2 two seater coricraft settees. I was told it would take four to six weeks. ( to cut four foam rubber cushions??? Sounded ridiculous at the time but little did I know what was to follow)

On the 20th of September i received an SMS from their warehouse, followed by a phone call to say that my cushions were ready for collection/delivery. I asked them to send them to the branch where I bought them.

After two weeks of silence on their part I phoned to ask where my goods were. A lady called Glorius said she would investigate and call me back in a few minutes.Nothing.

A few days later I called them again. I was given the same reply by someone else. Same result.

My third call was to the manager, Andre. He said that the order was incorrectly captured and they had only TWO cushions but he would investigate and revert " shortly".

Nothing!!!!

On the 15th of October I went into the branch to confront the same manager. He reiterated that they were waiting for the other two cushions but as it was a Saturday I would have to wait until Monday to locate.

He promised he would "update me" within the next few days. (You can Guess where this is going).....Nowhere!!

So ! 10 weeks down the line Coricraft have my money and I have nothing. Not even the curtesy of one of the

many promised phonecalls. These are only cushion inners for heavens sake. Imagine if it was furniture.

And Rochester Furnishers is just next door!!!

We are terribly sorry for the error on our part . Andre has told me that you have collected the cushions from his showroom.
Please let me know if anything is amiss.
Kind regards,
Olga de Pinho
