the worst customer service from store manager Johan

I am so disappointed by the service i received from store Manager Johan after I returned a carpet bought at Corcraft. After sending my id, the refund was supposed to be processed within 7 days. it's been 10 days now and i have to keep phoning the store to follow up on the refund. i keep getting the excuse that it is an internal issue with finance. it's ridiculous because on to occasions i was advised that he will phone back which he did not do. after calling again this morning he advised that the payment will be processed today, and it would take another 3 days to reflect. that is 1 whole week overdue. I have never in my life received such poor service from anyone.
