The warehouse does not seem to exist

I have been waiting for 2 months for Coricraft to give me feedback on a complaint I had regarding furniture that was delivered in June. The Mall of Africa store just keeps saying the warehouse will contact me, despite me having followed up with the store several times. The store blames the warehouse and the warehouse it seems, does not actually exist, and I am stuck with a product that is not up to standard. I tried their whatsapp chat but halfway through the chat a different person starts responding to you and you are now expected to re- explain your concern. Customers are not taken care of once they have received payment. I'm pretty sure if I had paid for the items via hire purchase that I would have received better feedback almost immediately, since I would stil owe them money. This is the second time I've experienced poor customer service from them. I will make furniture purchasers elsewhere in future.
