The Glen Coricraft - more than 3 months waiting for couches

I bought couches 07 August from The Glen store . I was informed of the 12weeks lead time and assumed that it was affected by lockdown . Ive been doing all the following ups ,the store got their money and are clearly not interested in after sales service .Today after sending another email i received a call from the agent informing me that they will be delivered on the 2nd week of November . I refuse to accept this date , 3months is already a ridiculous waiting time so i expect my delivery on the last week of October latest .Im so dissapointed , they have definitely lost me as a customer
