There was miscommunication with my delivery and this was the second time this happening to me as a customer. You took the time to phone me back, apologized and rectified the problem. Thank you for that and not forgetting the Northgate store for your honest and assistance in regards.

As much as I feel like I’m in an abusive relationship with Coricraft based on the 2 past experiences. I’m still going to come back and buy more, supporting the Group. All because of good people like your staff who knows how great customers with care, respect and dignity we deserve.
