We bought a very expensive corner lounge suite from Coricraft and when they delivered we realised we had purchased the corner section on the wrong side and it didn't fit in our lounge. My husband went to see Kaylen and explained the situation. They didn't once hesitate to help us get the correct corner. Within a week we had the wrong set by our own fault collected and exchanged for a unit that fits. Thank you for going the extra mile and for excellent service.
