Terrible terrible service

Absolutely appalled by the terrible service of this company. For spending over 50 000 rand for Funiture which took forever to receive and than not receiving no after sales service even though I am within guarantee. Sponges are completely worn, marks are so bad on the couches and it's not even a year old. Someone called Fiona called once and never ever came back to me with regard to the issues for months now . Terrible terrible service
