Terrible service on complaint RMA ID80390

Coricraft service suc**** I've logged a complaint (RMA ID80390) on the 10 Jan 2018 for my couch where the stitching is coming loose. NOBODY contacted me until I had to go into the store on the 10 March 2018 to follow up. Only to find out it was still left unresolved!!? A mail was send on the 12 March again with the necessary photographs as proof and again now follow up from Coricraft!! I've send mails twice again (14 &19 March) to find out what the progress is but without any response!! Coricraft service is TERRIBLE and I will never recommend them to anybody!!!! And this for a set that cost us more than R30 000!!!!
