Terrible Service. New couch. Fully paid for.

Unbelievably terrible service from Coricraft Parkview. Paid in full for a custom made couch 6 weeks before promised delivery date. Received SMS's before the time confirming completion of manufacture & promising delivery on a specific day. The day before delivery we received a call telling us they couldn't find our couch. The day after we called them and were promised a loan couch. On the day of the delivery of the loan couch, we were given all kinds of excuses & told they won't be able to deliver the loan couch. Now, we don't believe anything they say. All trust is lost. They have taken a large sum of money and given nothing. Don't go near them.
