Terrible service from Coricroft Fourways crossing

Ordered a patio set long in advance to ensure there would be no delays regarding delivery when I moved into my new home. When it came to delivery... One piece of the set was missing and nobody can ensure I can get the missing piece in good time.. Instead I'm told I have to wait till 20 Dec. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!Im sure there is the same piece sitting in of your stores but nobody wants to assist me.. I've spent 200k on coricroft over the last few years and I won't buy from you again because your service has dropped terribly!
