Terrible service. Extremely long waiting time

I would not recommend buying from Coricraft. I ordered my couch on 25 January. I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.

On 16 March, I phoned to follow up on delivery, whereby I was informed it was set to be made at the factory that week and would be delivered the week after. That would be the 8 week delivery period.

The week after, I phoned to follow up on delivery. I was then told my couch was only set to be made at the end of March and delivered thereafter because it needs to be transported to Johannesburg and sit in storage for the week.

Today on the 26th of March, I phoned them just to follow up to make sure when they would be delivering because I have now been without a couch for two months. Today I was informed that my couch is only set to be made on 23 April and delivered “hopefully a week thereafter”.

If I’m lucky enough for that to even happen, that would be more than a 3 month delivery period. Somehow I highly doubt that this will even occur.

Not once have I been contacted for a progress update or an apology by coricraft HO or Coricraft design quarter and I am absolutely appalled by this service.
