Terrible Service Coricraft Boksburg

We had purchased from the Boksburg branch two 4 seater couches and an ottoman on the 28 June 2020 with sales order ERS004934 of which we were told that it would take 12 weeks to deliver. We had paid a 50% deposit which was the acceptable amount to manufacture the goods and on the 30 July 2020 we paid a further amount and was promised by Chris and Michma that we will be updated on the status of the order urgently. We are still waiting for this. In these trying times where customers need to be treated with even higher levels of service it seems that this is not the case here. We would appreciate the courtesy of keeping us the client, the ones who pay the bills for you with our sales, up to date and informed of what is going on!
