Terrible service at coricraft nelspruit

We recently bought a couch at Coricraft in Nelspruit. This wasn’t the first item we purchase there but noticed the terrible attitude of one of their employees Jerry then. We had to return the couch because it wouldn’t fit through the frame in the room we wanted to put it in. That was 2 months ago. Every time we check up on the refund there’s a document missing and they say everything is fine. I know for a fact that they don’t follow up until we come back again then they say “ everything is fine now you’ll receive the money tomorrow. Then two weeks passes and there was a document missing etc. I know there’s a returns process but these guys at the shop couldn’t give a rats ass about the customer. You aren’t even a customer, you’re an irritation to them. I was going to buy another couch there but no ways. I know coricraft doesn’t care losing one customer but I will make sure I spread the word and let all that I know to be aware that Jerry at Coricraft Nelspruit thinks you’re an irritation for buying furniture in HIS shop.
