Terrible Service and workmanship.

This is the 2nd complaint in couple of months. The stitching is coming out of a 2nd cushion and I am unimpressed with this workmanship. Last time I was promised that my cushion would be returned in less than a week, it only came back two weeks later after I had called. I have emailed about the stitching with an attached pic on the 16th Feb 2018. Followed up on the 20th and emailed again. Today is the 27th Feb and I still have had no response.

To add to my frustration, I have had my couch scotch guarded and this will be the 2nd cushion now unprotected. Must I pay every time there is a problem to have it reprotected.
