Terrible service and attitude

I have been trying to contact your Clearance Centre in Wynberg and the telephone number there is not operational - that is yesterday and today - the number I have been calling is ********** . I then called your main number this morning - ********** - I spoke to Nonthando and she could not have been less helpful if she had tried - she just said that is the number she has and was not interested in finding out any alternative number or what the status was with the current number.
