Terrible Service

So I buy a couch, patiently wait 3 months for it to be manufactured and delivered. I am told that the couch will be delivered on Saturday between 10 and 12 and ask Freda for delivery in the morning. Over an hour late and still no feedback. <br> <br> I call design quarter branch and get told that ' if couch not there by 1, we'll just make a plan next week.' That's completely unacceptable. You can't keep me waiting the whole morning, wasting my day and then give me attitude when I complain about your service. <br> <br> This is really not worth the money we paid for that couch.
