Terrible service

I purchased a couch at Cori Craft in Clearwater. On the day of delivery the couch couldn’t fit through my door, I was advised that the sales consultant was supposed to advice me that the couch is too big to go through a normal door it can only go through a sliding door. I was so disappointed that I cancelled the couch and asked for a refund that I have to wait 7 working days for. As if that’s not enough I went to the cradle stone mall and bought another couch from cori craft this time said I’ll go fetch it from the warehouse. When I got to the warehouse at 8 in the morning I was advised to come back at 10, I sent my brother at 10 and he was told to return at 3. Which cost petrol traveling back and forth . When he got there at 3 he was told that the couch I purchased was out of stock. After I was sent a sms that my couch is ready for pick up. I’m honestly lost for words, I won’t recommend anyone to purchase at Cori Craft... what a disappointment
