Terrible quality and even Worse aftersales/customer care.

Bought a Haskell Leather Couch and 9 month later the back cushions have collapsed, The scotch guard also didn't work. After calling into the store I was told to take the cushions to the factory to get them re stuffed. I arrive to the factory and they told me I should not have come there as the Haskell cushions cannot be re stuffed, another month passed and an assessor arrived to have a look and he agreed the cushions must be replaced and the scotch guard re done ( this doesnt help that there were now stains) Its now almost 4 months that I'm sitting with a disgusting looking couch and nothing has happened. I wish I had not bought this couch. I have tried communicating for months and this is now my last resort. They say they call back but trust me they never do.
