TERRIBLE QUALITY 4th TIME BED CORI CRAFT

We purchased probably our 4th bed from Coricraft and to be disappointed again, bought this bed over a year ago, not to be told we can upgrade to a better mattress an pay the difference, but not sold like that, got the entry level mattress! Now we have endless problems, the mattress is completely in on the 1 side dented in an bed ,stitching coming loose on all sides of the bed, poor workmanship.... again on material bed. We had assessors in and got feedback they will replace mattress, but the same... which we agreed we will pay diff for a better quality and one that 4 correct weight, then we heard nothing 4 few days, then one of staff messaged me to say they don't have stoc**** Like seriously what furniture group / well known store like cori does not have 1 mattress in stock,they have to be made up!!!! then we were told that our bed repairs will only take place in 13th May & my lucky guess is how long will they take as the assessor came out over a month ago, an now they can only collect our bed may to repair it when? if they still busy with repairs from January 2019, I am really upset & uncomfortable with this matter as we are terribly inconvenienced an only 1 can seep on the bed...its nearly a month. I don't find it acceptable as a store to run completely out of mattresses to a point that a client has to wait... & a 4th bed that stitches comes loose all the time all around....if it wasn't that we need to replace..if it was new business i would of gone else where..i mean its really bad... I'm like sleeping in a hole..my back is terribly sore as its a high on top of back neck then a ditch... so with the bed itself when they collect we going 2 be in-convenienced 4 how long to repair..can they say? as then we will still have a broken mattress!! to put on where? Cori crafts quality of workmanship is not the same its shocking.

Till now not 1 Cori craft customer service consultant called me , nor a manager.
