Terrible customer service from Coricraft SA and Clearwater mall

Last year I purchases new couch cushions for a 4 and 2 seater couch from the Clearwater mall Coricraft store. I waited +- 3 months for the couches and received in in Dec 2020. The 4 seater fitted perfectly but the 2 seater did not fit. I made contact with the branch manager and I realized that nothing will happen until Jan 2021. It is now Aug 2021 and I still do not have the replacement fillings for my 2 seater. I have been phoned a few time and promises made to rectify my problem. My last phone call was +-3 months back. I do realize that lockdown and covid might have played a roll but the communication and customer service from Coricraft Clearwater and Coricraft SA is horrible. I have sent multiple mails over the coricraft website with no feedback. I love my leather couches but if this level of customer service continues then I coricraft will follow the route of Wetherlys.
