Terrible customer service

On the 23rd of January we purchased a chair and a mirror from Coricraft Greenstone, the sales person we dealt with (Tsidi) indicated that it is better for us to collect from the shop the following Friday at the shop rather than pay for delivery which we agreed to do. On Friday 28 February we got a call from Coricraft Greenstone indicating that our chair has arrived and we arranged a buckie to collect the chair and mirror the following morning which was all confirmed by Coricraft Greenstone. a few hours later they called and said there is no chair which means we cannot collect and will have to wait another week and we will lose our booking with the buckie and money. This is highly unprofessional!
